1. Acceptance

By using OUT, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

2. Service Description

OUT is a location-based social discovery platform. Users start timed sessions to discover and connect with others nearby anonymously, with optional bilateral profile reveal.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to harass, impersonate, spam, or share inappropriate content. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

4. Location Data

OUT requires location permission for core functionality. Exact coordinates are never shared with other users — only approximate distance.

5. Subscriptions

OUT Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow platform policies.

6. Account Deletion

To delete your account, contact support@out.app. Data is soft-deleted within 30 days and permanently purged thereafter.

7. Limitation of Liability

OUT is provided "as is." We are not responsible for user interactions or offline meetings.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
